Do we have to stay in Tacoma?

Nope! We go all around the Tacoma area and beyond. Click on our “Service Area” tab to see the cities we service. If you do not see your pick up location or destination in our list, call us for more information. We will work with you to get you where you want to go!

Can we go overtime?

Absolutely, but there will be an extra charge. We charge overtime by the quarter hour based on the hourly rate that you have been billed for your run. Be sure to talk to your driver or reservation specialist before your run if you are unclear on how that works or you want to make sure that you do not go past your allotted time.

Do you have service on holidays?

We work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! If it is the middle of the night, a holiday, or any other unusual time, we are there for you. Prices do increase for peak days and times and our vehicles book up fast, so call in advance to make sure we have one available!

What can we bring on the bus?

If it is legal, feel free to bring it on! Alcohol is welcome on the bus as long as everyone is 21 or older, and you can also bring food, decorations, and anything else that you desire. Smoking is not allowed on the vehicles to ensure the comfort of all of our passengers and keep the interiors smelling fresh, but if you need a break, let the driver know. We will make as many stops as you need!
